Technical Analysis (XAUUSD)

The price of gold (9th of April) was around 1755.4 USD/Ounce early today. Under 1-hour-chart technical analysis, the candlestick surged after making a small retracement yesterday (8th). It is currently lying between the middle and upper Bollinger Bands. The bands continue facing upwards, so it is likely to rally again after the pullback.

Currently, the short-swing upper resistance level lies between 1763.0~1765.0. The current support level lies between 1742.0~1744.0. Investors who wish to go long could consider buying between 1754.0~1756.0 in the short-term and setting the stop loss below 1750.0.

It is currently lying above the middle and upper Bollinger Bands. The bands are facing upwards and expanding, so it is likely to rebound again after the pullback.

Currently, the short-swing upper resistance level lies between 1.19500~1.19600. The current support level lies between 1.18700~1.18800. Investors who wish to go long could consider buying between 1.19000~1.19100 in the short-term and setting the stop loss below 1.18850.
